Kennesaw State remained winless in CHS East Division play this weekend after dropping the
second game of a back-to-back against Clemson, 5-2. In an eerie, spooky-Halloween like twist,
the second game between these two teams had a very similar plot line. However, it was
Clemson who grabbed the early lead this time, and KSU had to stage a 3-goal comeback.
The Owls scratched and clawed their way back to within a goal early in the 3rd period (goals by
#7 A.Cook & #48 C.Scott). But Clemson was able to answer with two goals of their own to put
the game away for the home side. The Owls fell to 0-3 in CHS East Division play with two losses
to Clemson and a loss the week prior to Tennessee.
KSU’s next game will be at home against East Division foe, and in-state rival Georgia on Friday
at 8:30 PM.
